Students from Espanola’s École secondaire catholique Franco-Ouest will offer a friendly Christmas gift-wrapping service at Giant Tiger (270 Center St., Espanola) on Tuesday, December 17, from 4 to 6 p.m. Donations received will go towards the students’ fundraising campaign in support of the international charity Free the Children. Community members are invited to have their presents wrapped in exchange for a donation that will go towards this fundraising initiative.

É.s.c. Franco-Ouest and École Saint-Joseph students hope that the citizens of Espanola will support their effort to improve the quality of life in a developing world community through the installation of a well, thus providing villagers with access to clean drinking water.
