March Break postponed to April 12 to 16, 2021

April 19 Professional Activity Day rescheduled to March 19

The Conseil scolaire catholique Nouvelon (CSC Nouvelon), Rainbow District School Board (RDSB), Sudbury Catholic District School Board (SCSDB) and Conseil scolaire public du Grand Nord de l’Ontario (CSPGNO) have updated the School Year Calendar for 2020-2021.

The Ministry of Education has postponed the March Break until April 12 to 16, 2021.

As a result, teaching and learning will continue the week of March 15 to 19, 2021.

In addition, the April 19th Professional Activity Day has been rescheduled to March 19th.

The four school boards have worked together to produce a common calendar for many years, facilitating the co-ordination of services such as student transportation.

Greysen Parisé remporte une médaille de bronze aux épreuves de qualification de Compétences Ontario

Le 5 avril 2025, Greysen Parisé, élève de la 11e année à l’école secondaire Saint-Joseph (Wawa), a participé avec succès aux épreuves de qualification de Compétences Ontario tenues à North Bay. Greysen a décroché la 3e place et une médaille de bronze pour sa performance lors des épreuves en Soudage.

Une toute première ligue de sports électroniques scolaires au CSC Nouvelon

Le Conseil scolaire catholique Nouvelon est fier d’annoncer le lancement de sa toute première ligue de sports électroniques scolaires (Esports). Cette nouveauté, dédiée aux élèves de la 5e à la 12e année, est présentement offerte dans 9 écoles élémentaires et secondaires du CSC Nouvelon.
