The Conseil scolaire catholique Nouvelon is proud to announce the appointment of Ms. Josée Ruddy as Director of Human Resources. Ms. Ruddy brings her educational training in administrative management and relevant experience in the field of human resources to the position, which she will take up on April 12, 2021.
Josée Ruddy began her career at the CSC Nouvelon in 2018 as coordinator of human resources. In this role, she oversaw organizational development, which includes recruitment, selection, performance evaluation and staffing. She was also a key resource person for management in the application of administrative policies and directives, collective agreements and conditions of employment. Before joining the CSC Nouvelon, Ms. Ruddy previously worked as human resources advisor at Caisse populaire Voyageurs.
Ms. Ruddy can draw on broad expertise that will be highly useful in her new role. Thanks to her knowledge of the educational environment and the School Board priorities, she is ideally suited to lead the human resources team and ensure the efficient and responsible management of the CSC Nouvelon.
“Josée has shown remarkable leadership capabilities in human resources in the area of organizational development and was very appreciated for the support provided to various departments and schools,” explained CSC Nouvelon Director of Education, Mr. Paul Henry. “Ms. Ruddy stands out by her superior understanding of the CSC Nouvelon’s strategic plan and the overall structure and functioning of our school board.”
The Conseil scolaire catholique Nouvelon offers a French-language Catholic Educational Program that is widely recognized for its excellence. The CSC Nouvelon provides a quality learning environment and academic program that runs from early childhood to adult education, with some 6,400 students enrolled in 27 elementary, 1 virtual school and 10 secondary schools.
